About The Pilot Program
The Equitable Access to Justice Pilot Program was started in June 2023 by the Solano County Superior Courts in partnership with the Solano Transportation Authority (STA) to help jurors, prospective jurors, specialty court participants, and collaborative court participants who do not have access to transportation or cannot afford transportation by providing them with fully funded transportation subsidies for court-related travel within Solano County. The goal is to eliminate transportation obstacles as a barrier to court participation. Please notify the court if you need transportation for your court appointment.
The courthouses are open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The Clerk’s Offices are open by drop-in 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM or by appointment 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. For more information on the Solano County Superior Courts, visit:
Funding is provided by Solano County Transportation Development Act (TDA) funds and Solano County Superior Courts grants.
